The following events are open to all who are staying within Heartspring,
as well as to those living in the local area

SIMPLE GUIDED GROUP MEDITATIONS

Most Sunday Evenings at 7.30pm
Please be on time as doors close to arrivals at 7.45pm

A time to connect with the peace within
To quieten inside and experience the essence of life
For deep relaxation and to gain insight, clarity and perspective

No experience necessary
Completely neutral focus - no religious or spiritual ideas taught.

Meditation lasts about an hour with time after for tea and sharing.

Every month we show films and documentaries to inspire the heart

A wide variety of films from different countries and spiritual traditions from around the world.

Also on Friday the 14th December

Please arrive for 7.30pm and bring a financial donation to cover the venue, heat, teas etc.

MONTHLY SACRED CHANTING GROUP

Join us to share simple chants from many spiritual traditions around the globe.

Chants and Toning to lift the heart, connect within and for healing

No experience necessary and no need to sing in tune!

Held on the nearest evening before the full moon (where possible)
