Payment
Reservations are only accepted and confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form accompanied by a Retreat deposit of £100 (5 day retreats), per person.
In the event of cancellation of the booking the Retreat deposit is non refundable.
The balance of the Retreat charge must be paid 28 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
If a reservation is made less than 28 days before arrival, the full Retreat charge is due at the time of booking.
Non payment of the balance of the Retreat charge on or before the due date shall be taken as a cancellation of the booking.
Cancelled bookings need to be paid for in full, unless we have adequate notice to be able to fill the room/s with another booking (adequate notice is 4 weeks).
In the event of any reservation not being accepted by us all fees will be refunded immediately.
If, for reasons beyond the owners control, the retreat is not available on the date booked all charges paid in advance will be refunded in full, but clients shall have no further claim against the owner.

Reservations
Only persons specified on the booking form may attend the Retreat.
The client will be responsible for the full cost of damages or breakages and any exceptional cleaning.
The client will leave the property and its contents in a clean and tidy condition.
We regret that, with exception to registered guide dogs, pets are not allowed in the building
The use of accommodation and amenities is entirely at the clients risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury or loss or damages to the users' belongings.

Use
In the interest of others, clients must ensure there is no unreasonable amount of noise within the house, particularly at night.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
All food brought into the building needs to be vegetarian and not include meat or fish products.
The owner reserves the right to reasonable access to all rooms within the property.
All bedrooms have bed linen fully made up and ready for your arrival and towels.

If there shall be a breach of any of these conditions the owner may, at their discretion, terminate the Retreat without prejudice.
The person signing the booking form, who must be a member of the party attending the Retreat, agrees to these Booking Conditions, on behalf of all persons included on the booking form.
In the case of any discrepancies between these Booking Conditions and the other contents of the brochure, these conditions shall prevail.
