This type of
healing brings together the
primary life-force energies of nature to
assist the body's own natural healing processes.
Gaian Healing has its roots within the Shamanic Tradition
It can be used
for specific conditions,
hand in hand with other treatments,
or for general well-being,
deep relaxation and healing.
A typical healing session lasts about one hour, and the receiver either lies or sits fully clothed. The practitioner firstly performs an 'energy scan' to find out where there is disharmony and then specific healing energies are sent to your system to aid balance and healing. Full feedback is given afterwards.
The session experience is said to be very nurturing, calming & profoundly relaxing.
