Mini-Breaks
These are a wonderful way to unwind and nurture yourself in a very caring
environment. We tailor-make the breaks to suit the individual, so to
create a programme to suit you, just e-mail or ring to discuss things
further.
We currently offer a 5 day mid-week Set Retreat Package as detailed
below, or you can book a Tailor-Made Retreat in one of our Retreat
Apartments, where you can have a relaxing holiday at any time for
any length of time (minimum 3 nights) with or
without the help of our Complementary
Practitioners.

Day SET RETREAT Package These take place from Monday until Friday and offer a fully integrated programme of four one-to-one therapeutic sessions tailored to your needs along with breakfasts, lunches and evening meals and time for nourishing walks with plenty of time to rest. Prices start at £360* all inclusive. You will not be sharing a room unless you bring a friend or partner These retreats occur once a month see Dates Page Our Set Retreats are very small, only for 4 to 6 people at a time |
