We are here for those looking for support or just peace and quiet and
are open to all ages. We also offer special retreats

Spiritual Focus :
We welcome people of all faiths & traditions as we are eclectic (we
freely embrace many spiritual schools of thought and opinion) and we do
not teach any set spiritual or religious path.
Outdoor activity options: There are many beautiful and peaceful places within walking distance of our retreat centre and opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding, and swimming can be built into your stay.

What's
On Offer
We offer either nurturing Tailor-Made
Retreats all year based in our Retreat
Apartments, that can include meal
packs and a choice of complementary
therapies if desired.
Or we offer Set Retreat Packages at
set times each month which include a stay in our accommodation, all meals
(vegan organic that can cater for special diets) and a package of the
Complementary
Therapies of your choice. We keep the group size small - only for
4 to 6 people at a time.
We also offer Special Xmas and New Year Retreat Accommodation
