We welcome people of all faiths & traditions as we are eclectic (we freely embrace many spiritual schools of thought and opinion) and we do not teach any set spiritual or religious path.

Outdoor activity options: There are many beautiful and peaceful places within walking distance of our retreat centre and opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding, and swimming can be built into your stay.

Or our Tailor-Made Retreats all year based in our Retreat Apartments, that can include meal packs and a choice of complementary therapies if desired.
